Why do we have to enter everything in the resume and upload the resume also along with the tons of details we just mentioned?

This is very old rant about stupid hiring processes that demands applicants to stupidly fill out Javascript forms because the HRs are lazy and dumb to understand.

because HR are the laziest people in the world.

Because the parsers which parse the resumes in pdf word and other formats dont have accuracy and may blank the info which will increase your resume's chance being filtered out from ATS
