Will taking a Loan fix my problem?

It's been 2+ months since I shifted to Bengaluru. I love the work at my job, no complaining there. I am the second most youngest, in my department. All my other colleagues have some kind of loan or owe money to someone.

In my head, I feel they seem to be more focused and more productive. I think this because they need to repay and hence they need to work more to pay their loan off.

I, on the other hand, never had to take any loan ever in my life. My school & College fees were paid by my parents(I had good grades everywhere). Not saying it's a bad thing though. Due to this, I have a perception of myself that I am not productive enough or not doing enough in general.

Sometimes I am distracted or get stuck with other works. This MAY have caused me to feel I am stagnant. In general, I am happy but professionally I feel I lack the capacity to grow and move ahead since I don't have any family or financial pressure.

. So should I take a loan of some sort? . Will that cause any problem in my personal life? . Should i do it for the credit score(currently it's 0, no credit card either)? . Will that help fill my professional void?

It appears that you live well below your means. You don't spend on things, so you don't appreciate why some things deserve to be bought.

If you want the motivation to work hard, you need to know what you can do with the extra money. Start spending money and start enjoying what the money buys. Start small. Instead of taking out a home loan, go on a vacation and live in a fancy hotel with a pool/jacuzzi. If you do like that, strive more to earn so that you can do that frequently.

Give Capitalism the opportunity to kiss you venomously.

Honestly, I don't have any purpose. I am trying to find my purpose and that's why I put up this question.

I go to work, eat, sleep, lazy weekends, watch movies on laptop and once in 2 weeks go for some street food.
