It can definitely be a good startup. 3000/30 comes to around 100 per application which will be high. An average person easily requires 100 application so atleast get selected so he will be giving you around 10k and his salary will be around 60-70k so you will be charging around 20% of his month salary which won't be worth it.
5k for 200 application will be fine 5k for 100 application with CVs modification for every job so that hit rate should be high
