Wordpress expert for 1 hour a day

Hi all, first time entrepreneur trying to get my startup off the ground. I have my website in Wordpress and have hired someone to manage it. Since I am not aware about Wordpress, i am looking for someone who can spend an hour every alternate day(depending upon your schedule) with that guy/me to discuss some challenges in development and provide their inputs to make the UI and interface better.
