Hey all. My first post here. Can anyone tell me what the work culture is like at Unacademy and Upgrad. Currently in another ed-tech firm and looking for a shift.

Unacademy is sadly a terrible place right now. last 1 year it has become terrible. Sycophants have taken over the system. If you are ok with Boot licking and su**ing up, Then that's your place. Pathetic work culture, 100% no Job Guarantee. The absence of able leaders and poor choice of BU Heads has led to Chaos. Of late, it has been filled with people from Byjus who are bringing in their teams and the horrible culture of Byjus.
Byjus' downfall was due to their high-pressure tactics and management's inability/oversight of malpractices. Now this is what Unacademy is heading to.
