Work Quality will be good, but work life balance will go up for the toss but it will still be way better than Swiggy. (I am an ex-swiggy have a close friend who joined Uber last month.)

Any idea if it's similar to Rippling or better. I have offer for Rippling as well but favoring Uber over it.
