50% in-office is expected. I don't see anyone being called out for not hitting the mark but it's probably for your own good to do so. 24 paid leave, unlimited sick leaves, 10 emergency leaves. Maximum of 46 paid leaves get carried over.

Working hours are team dependent. Manageable in my team, can't speak for others. Some teams have 24*7 on-call while some have follow-the-sun with sister teams in the US.
