Worklife balance at Paisabazaar?

How is the WLB at paisabazaar? And do they pay good? Asking for product management kind of roles.

Are they following work from home or hybrid or full time office?

IMO, Naveen is very assertive towards business, very professional and a good human being.
I expect good pressure from him/his team, depending on what level you join.

Check for username Hermit, he might be able to guide more.

Ex-Policybazaar Product Head #AMA

With over 10+ years of experience in Product management within the insurance and Fintech sector, I’ve realized that product management is still not understood/defined well as a role. I’m open to all sort of queries.

What is a good work life balance

Seen many reviews about companies having a good or bad WLB. As a fresher, I would love to know what experienced people consider a good work life balance and how important it is while judging a company? Any other factors to consider?
