Afaik zepto works in only hotspots of youngsters in t1 cities, it should be their usp, simple anecdote they don't work in "farmland money" rich uncles area in gurgaon but works around amazon office area or maybe when current high age crowd don't embrace them like bigbasket/jiomart.
