Is ZERODHA a good place to work? Hard to find people who work there directly
know someone who works there. 2 things, they don't pay like other startups on vc money do. but whatever they pay is enough. second, they don't ask much of your life except what you would sign up for. even though they are a start up, they have a real growth plan for everyone and it works
This is something most people don't realize. You can't have Zerodha's culture along with your crazy startup Salary. The startup salary is remuneration in part for dealing with the chronic stress.
