Hi folks. My previous employer had marked incorrect date of exit in EPFO portal whereas my relieving letter has the correct details mentioned. I am planning to switch soon and it's taking lot of time to rectify the date in portal. Do HRs accept such cases? Has anyone been through this? I was only employed for 2 months in this org.

Is it good idea to reveal that you were impacted by layoffs? Do HRs lowball the offers when they know who are in need. I get too many calls because of being immediately available but when it comes to money all have same trend not sure is it do with my situation or markets situation..if I don't reveal what excuses do I make?
