Hello Viners, Has anyone interviewed with Agoda? If so, 1. How long do they take to reply back once you submit the case study with them? 2. Has it happened that they have completely ghosted you after sharing the case study. Like, no responses to questions asked. 3. If you are working for them, could you please share your experience there? How is the culture? Because, quite frankly, the entire interview process is repulsive already. TIA :-)

How is work culture in Agoda in Bangkok? What is average salary for staff role?

Currently ongoing process with Agoda India for software engineering background. Having 8 YOE. HR telling me that I'm falling in the range for IC3 level (6+ yoe) and IC4 is meant for 10 YOE. However with my background and experience I am expecting at least a lead software engineer role. Not able to understand if IC3 is suitable for ME. Also unclear what role name is associated with IC3 and IC4, what's the difference? I've already spent close to 4 years as a Senior SDE.

Has anyone moved to Bangkok for opportunities at Agoda? Please share experience/ views if you've tried doing this. I'm considering moving abroad for 2 years, to have a different kind of exposure (Analytics/ Data Science).

Anyone recently interviewed for data engineering at Agoda pls share dsa tips.

Interviewed with Agoda for Lead/Staff Full Stack role and cleared their coding, design, architecture and a special round called coding+architecture. The interview went well as per my assesment. But finally a rejection mail saying they moved with other candidates. They even asked about the ECTC (before coding +architecture round) and also asked details about relocation to Bangkok assuring that I have almost cleared interview for Staff role and final round ie was coding + architecture was meant for deciding b/w lead and staff role. What could be reason behind this. Preferably would like to hear from someone who had similar experience with Agoda.

What should one prepare for an Agoda SPM interview? Any pointers?
