I have lost money in multiple payments, they just never got completed and no refund. Customer care services are more pathetic.

Hey guys, I wanted to know how is airtel Payments bank as a company for a software engineer. There are not enough reviews on the internet for me to draw a conclusion and i wanted to know the work culture, is it good or toxic if anyone knows?

This is a 33% increase - total 2 yoe, including 1 yoe as APM. HR rolled out 23 + 1 (JB) to consider startup ESOPS, but changed back to 22LPA because did not get degree from premier tech institute. Thoughts?

Bharti airtel delay the fresher joining date. It's joining was at mid June to mid July but now it is 30 October and most fresher location is it's new office in pune. If anyone know what the reason behind this pls share your thought #airtel

About 25% of Airtel Digital totalling to about 100 employees- the part of Airtel which houses IQ, Wynk, XStream, Ads and other new digital incubations have been silently told their roles have been made redundant. Includes product , engineering and design resources. All new incubations such as Airtel Video IQ and Gaming are being closed. Some have managed to find other roles within the main Telco part of Airtel, but most leaving. Culture has become toxic, and Airtel is doing this silently with no severance except the 1 or 2 month notice period. HR providing zero support except threatening people to resign.

How is work culture and lay off situation at Airtel labs??
