Switching from B2B SaaS to Enterprise/GCC product role

I currently work with an India based SaaS Unicorn. I work remotely however the rest of the team works from the office in a different city. There are some collaboration challenges and also uncertainties. I’ve been here for 10 months. I have an offer from an Enterprise - a lot like a Global capability center with a large software operation. There is ~15% growth, 3 days work from office(90mins commute each way). I am considering the switch mainly because of uncertainties and fear of lay off with my current role. But I am not sure if it’s a right decision to move a at from SaaS to a large enterprise. Thoughts? Moving out/within the city is out of question.

I have B2B SaaS business concept but I'm non-tech

Hi, I'm a non-tech professional. I have a B2B SaaS business concept which I'd like to pursue. Any suggestions on how I could technically build it, as it's just me alone working on this? For example, are there freelancets or agencies who I could work with? Open to all kinds of suggestions

Hello, I am M7 US business school grad + IITB living in California. I have an idea (that I am already doing in my job at a bay area startup) that I want to start from India. Looking for a hustler who would be willing to execute it with me. I have GTM, product, customer persona, pricing, retention, etc figured. Just need someone who is willing to hustle and make some side income.

How to polish PM Skills ? Founder (B2B SaaS)

I last did a full fledged PM Role 5 years ago at an early stage startup (B2B SaaS). Post that moved on to building my own startup, spent the early years exclusively hands on the product (0-1) but last 28 months or so since my cofounder joined, I let him manage the product strategy and lifecycle since I had to take the lead on Sales and other aspects My current work with regards to product is more or less product vision and feedback. I feel I need to up my game in building my product skills to a higher level now as the product is getting mature and we are aiming to go global soon. I unfortunately don’t have anyone to mentor at the moment. How should I go about doing this ? Do you think going back to something like a product school for a 15 week Program could help ? The outcome I hope is set myself on the path to become a good Product Strategy leader with reasonable acumen on processes and systems and at the same time translate the learning to help scale the product better. Would be happy to take some ideas or places to look at for one. TIA

Seeking - Technical Product Manager role - IIT CS grad - Engineer turned Product Manager - Worked in AI, B2B SaaS, Fintech

Hi Fellow Viners, I previously worked as: - AI Product Manager (Gen AI, LLM, Agents, Fine-tuning, Multi-Modal LLM etc.) - B2B Marketing SaaS PM (SDK, Marketing Automation, Attribution, Revenue Tracking, Analytics etc.) Currently, I am looking for Tech Product Manager/Engineering Manager roles. I am open to working as TPM in other domains as well. I have been searching for TPM roles for the last 2 months but it's been difficult. Looking forward to getting some leads within the community. Thanks 🙏

Natural progression of B2B SaaS PM

Hello folks I want to understand what is the natural progression of a B2B SaaS PM . What should one take care of when one starts gaining more experience . How should one stay relevant in the industry? I am a PM with 4.5 years of B2B SaaS experience and before that I was a developer for 3.5 years.
