What is the salary of a Data Analyst after switching to Big4(EY,PWC,KPMG,Deloitte) from tcs with current CTC 6LPA?

Does Big4(PWC,EY,KPMG,Deloitte) do layoff more than TCS or Infosys?

My Friend is a Data Analyst with 4.5 YOE, currently staying in Kolkata. He has applied to the Big4s in Kolkata and is eager to know the Salary range they offer to a candidate with 4-5 YOE. Kindly help.. Thank You in advance!!

I have an MBA and 5.5 years of experience in consulting domain. My current CTC is 17LPA (14L fixed). I also have ESOPS worth 4L redeemable 1L, every year. I have an offer from KGS offering 23.5L fixed and they say that they don’t include variable in there CTC. Is it worth to switch, should I negotiate some more?

How do people in Big4 India audit live with the busy season going on in full flow?

I am currently an Anayst in ITA with 1 yoe. Prior experience(1yr) in product research and development. Wanted to know can I get AC roles or should i still be looking for analyst roles. Wanted to move upto AC as my total yoe-2 nd i feel i have the required skills.
