I am from sales background and have tried learning coding for 2 months and now I don't have plan b. but couldn't find any interest in continuing the coding learning journey too. But I have too. So how should I cope ur with leaning process now.? Please help?

I recently experienced a layoff, and it’s been... tough. Largely because it came as a surprise and I was not prepared. For those of you who’ve been through this, how did you bounce back? What steps did you take to get back on your feet, both professionally and personally?

I read on mba social's insta handle that media. net has hired bouncers who would escort the employees and make sure they can't go to desk to take back their stuffs! Is it true or just exaggerated??

I had been working out on and off since covid and was not able to maintain consistency (used to workout at home regularly for a couple of years before covid). So I started going to cult a month back to be consistent and developed some good habits like 10k+ steps everyday, balanced meals and 5 days a week workout etc. Now, I didn't go for a workout for the last 4 days, and I started getting food cravings and I am not able to maintain the steps as well. What's the solution here? I feel just working out keeps me centred in terms of other habits as well, but how do you all manage workout breaks and maintain healthy habits during non-workout days?

What’s the best you’ve seen anyone bounce back in their career? My personal story is of a friend who got fired from Meta in the US and is now working as a founding engineer in an attractive startup making the same money but working on way cooler things. When he got laid off at meta he was so broken.
