I have offer from cognizant and EPAM, which should I join & my domain is Life Science in both
Cognizant offer - 26 lac (25.3 lac CTC + 70K Variable) & one lac joining bonus.
Right now they're saying I'll have work flexibility but my friend's saying they'll say like this but after joining they may enforce you to follow 3 days Work from office.
Note- ready to match EPAM offer but again variable will be there.
EPAM Offer - 27.6 lac CTC + 40K Gratuity & one lac joining bonus
Work from home flexibility
Account - Novartis
Note- But I heard negative reviews in recent days. But HR and manager said they hire me for tier1 client and project duration is long term.

Why Your CEO Should Be Like Cognizant's CEO
Hi folks, today I want to introduce you to the legendary man of this decade, Mr. Ravi Kumar S. He is an expert in generative AI and has now found a way to drive the growth of the company with the help of generative AI. Over the past few years, the company has maintained a $19 billion revenue. While he hasn't yet managed to significantly increase the company's revenue, he has identified ways to potentially boost it by giving a modest 1%-3% hike and delaying promotions for 2-3 years. Additionally, he has set some impractical conditions, making it difficult for employees to receive promotions, even though he is the highest-paid Indian CEO. He seems to be bringing his previous company’s politics into his current organization. Meanwhile, employees continue to celebrate Ethnic Day as if they are attending his wedding.
Ravi Kumar, you should understand that the promotion from PA to A is very necessary, and you're delaying it for more than 3-4 years? You must realize that we have families and can't survive in big cities with this package. If you can't increase our salaries, at least provide us with work-from-home options so we can manage within this budget. Please don't destroy Cognizant's culture.

I got into FTE in cognizant and selected for TCS Digital
I got into FTE in cognizant and selected for TCS Digital, I don't know when I will get joining in TCS, should I get converted into FTE In Cognizant??
The problem is if I get converted to full time in cognizant, I should create a UAN number, will it affect tcs in the bgv process?
Also notice period in cognizant is 3 months which would be tough during resignation if I get joining from TCS.
And also, what if I don't get joining in TCS till another 4 to 5 months.
Kindly suggest a solution for me.

Cognizant Hike & Trauma
I was really hoping for good hike. I worked really hard. With 4 Rating, i got only 4% hike. I have lot of financial issues and i waited for yearly hike. Its not even a year hike, it got delayed for 4 months. What should I do? If I had jumped to another company, I would have got atleast 20-30% hike. Why this CEO gets paid more when employees just get hike like this? I really disappointed with this company after CEO arrival. I am going to search new jobs because cts will be doomed under this CEO one day. Doing Mass Drives, Creating New bases does not make us financially well Mr. CEO. THERE IS A THING CALLED KARMA
