I got an offer from fractal, which is 2x my current salary, but I hear some bad things about long working hours/no work life balance and too much micromanagement, is it worth it to join or should I keep looking? I have experience in cutting edge data engineering using latest tech stacks and working in latest cloud environments and was a major contributor in my current project.

It's 12:26AM and I'm still on call The management here is useless and expect employees to work late nights and doing absolutely nothing to stop this toxicity. Too much micromanagement, where they ask us to fill exact hours we would take to finish a user story. Makes us fill useless excel sheets and pulls us in totally irrelevant meetings where you're not even required! Anyone having offer from fractal please i beg you dont join this shithole! It's a startup disguised as a unicorn with no ethics at all.
