In such scenarios when talking to hiring manager or recruiter how to sell without giving them any advantage over.

Hi everyone, I want to move to Singapore for personal reasons, but currently, I'm working at Accenture, and there are no testing job openings for me in accenture singapore. Does anyone have any advice? Additionally, could someone tell me: Whether Accenture sponsors visas for employees moving to Singapore? What the expected salary range might be for a tester in Singapore? If service apartments are typically provided for employees relocating there?

About me:- B.E. in extc 2018 batch Mumbai University. In 2019 I joined TCS as fresher, stayed there 7 months. Left for IIT Mtech aspiration. Prepared fulltime gate exam 2020, 2022, 2023. Did not worked. 2021 was medical issues and job crunch period for me. In 2024, I have joined an offline IT training institute full stack java. My worry is: after gaining 2+ years experience in small company for the time being, will this 5 year gap still create problems at the time of lateral job switches into high quality companies?
