Hi all, I am in dilemma should I join accept offer from Kotak Mahindra bank as Sde 2. I am working in service based company right now. I am not getting any hike over my current Salary in the new offer.

Hi guys, I joined Epam 8 months back as Senior Software Engineer and working for amazon client. But now got offer from Kotak mahindra bank as SDE 2 but hike is only 10%. I recently joined Epam systems and I am working for Amazon as a client. Recently I got an offer from Kotak Mahindra bank as SDE 2 but in terms of hike it is only 10% so should I go with Kotak. Can anyone help me with the culture in Kotak.
