Has someone heard about leap wallet? How is the company and work culture?

I wanted to get exposure to blockchain and web3, I have heard that their product is good. Let me know if someone has any idea about the company.

Leaving job to pursue passion. Ex-corporate warriors, was the leap worth it?

People who've walked away from high-paying careers to pursue their passion, was it worth it? What unexpected challenges did you face, and what advice would you give to others considering a similar move?

Got an offer from a top-tier startup—should I take the leap?

I received an offer with average pay but from a good, growing startup. The role is exactly what I want, and the team consists of very good, brilliant people from Tier 1 and 2 institutes, while I am a Tier 3 institute student. Considering the current market situation and the fact that I don't have any prior internship or work experience, I got the offer based on my technical skills. What should I do? Should I go for it? The on-campus placement companies are nowhere near as good as this one.

Leap Scholar

Worst company to join, The founder is a mad man….he treats employees really bad and consistently harasses his reportees. So many senior folks have left because of him, he is extremely toxic and ensures that you don’t have life outside work. Please save yourself!!! Thank god i left that company months back and still my friends their continue to rant about him.

[Introspection] How do you feel about your friends who took a leap of faith or risk and are doing much better than you because of that, do you feel left behind somehow ?

not only in monetary terms, but anything this is simply an introspection, so avoid giving "don't compare" gyaan

Leap Scholar failing to become an unicorn

LeapScholar who has raised a lot of funds in last 2 years, wanted to raise new round at 2.5B but the investors rejected the valuation as the revenue numbers are very less (Just 40- 50M). Funny part is that they told all the employees and everyone that they have already raised this funding, just have to do the Pr for it. No wonder, entire mid-management team at Leap has left and the upper management people left are so sub-par (look at their CoS(s)). Don’t even get me started on their founder.

Dare to leap?

Hi All, I would like to know some opinions here. My friend is working in an Z company, He has 3 years of experience as a Software developer.Recently the company hikes weren’t good. Its not to do with recession, but it got merged with another company whose hike % as per there policies are generally low. His work is also kind of getting saturated and he was complaining of toxicity of management as well. So he decided to resign as the notice period was 3 months, and if he get a job offer no one’s going to wait for him for 3 months. Hence i supported his decision, as 3 months is a good amount of time for preparation and getting an offerNow at the worst case if he did not find a job in these 3 months, will it become more difficult after that, is having a little gap of no work is bad these days?? What do you guys think?? play safe or dare to leap?
