Microsoft reschedule interview
Last week, I had an interview scheduled with Microsoft, but I was on vacation at the time. I requested them to reschedule, and they initially agreed. However, they haven’t responded to my follow-up emails since then. What are your thoughts? Do you think there’s still a chance?

Anyone here from Microsoft?
I got ghosted twice in the same month by Microsoft recruiters. 1st time all rounds including the HM round happened and 2nd time 3 rounds happened for a different team altogether.
Both the HRs have been ghosting me since. I might not be selected but I haven't even gotten the automatic rejection email.
I need an email who's senior in your HR team, so that I can bring this in light. I wasted 2 holidays just for the interviews and so many hours of interviewing also wasted.
Shitty recruiters

Need Advice on Microsoft IGD Offer: How Does It Compare to IDC?
Hi everyone,
I recently got an offer from Microsoft IGD (Microsoft global service center), and as you can imagine, I am both excited and a little uncertain. This is great opportunity, but after doing some research, I have noticed a lot of conversations comparing IGD to IDC (India Development Center). Both are part of Microsoft family, but it seems like they have there own distinct identities, cultures, and even reputations.
Here’s where I could really use some guidance from anyone whom been in either of these groups or even both.
• Work Environment & Culture: Is the work culture in IGD as dynamic and innovative as IDC?
I've heard IDC is known for high-profile projects and cutting-edge tech. Does IGD offer similar growth opportunities and exciting work?
• Recognition & Stability: One of my concerns is whether IGD carries the same weight internally as IDC. Does IGD have the same long-term stability and reputation for innovation within Microsoft? How is career progression there compared to IDC?
• Work-Life Balance: I've also come across mixed reviews regarding the work-life balance in
IGD. Any real-world experiences would be really helpful to know what to expect.
• Any Other Insights: Lastly, are there any specific pros or cons about working in IGD vs IDC that might not be immediately obvious but are important to know before making a decision?
I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts or experiences. I want to make sure I'm stepping into the right place, and your advice could make a huge difference in my decision!
Thanks a lot!

Google, microsoft employees have ample free time????
If you notice, it’s mostly employees from google and microsoft who are on youtube and linkedin creating courses of dsa and what not. Do they have ample free time at job? I mean i have been at flipkart for few years, we don’t have any personal time. How do they manage to get time to create content???? We are always packed with devs, and deployment. Every now and then, there is sale and it creates a lot of pressure on delivery.

Microsoft recruiters scam
In past few days on linkedin i got ping from couple of microsoft recruters, saying we found your profile may be perfect fit for an opening at microsoft...bla bla , please share your cv .
Once i shared my cv there is no reply from them .
Total time waste.
All hr recruiters have good profile on linkedin and not replying once you share cv .
Looks like their managers given them target to collecting cv.
