Is it true that most people from senior position (including the likes of Bajaj veteran in credit risk ), business heads from different verticals have resigned?

Former/current employees at Navi, please do share your experience working with Navi technologies . Pretty new start up and therefore I assume it would be crazy. But do share your opinion on the work culture, growth, opportunities etc…Thanks
