OnePlus

Folks, I am contemplating joining OnePlus but reviews online distasteful. Have any of you worked there or are working there? Is it worth switching there and most importantly, can you survive 2 years in the company?

I am planning to buy OnePlus Nord 3. I think it's a good budget phone. I am currently using Samsung Note 10 Lite. I really do not think Nord 3 is an upgrade for me at the same time, I don't want to spend more than 35k on a phone. If anyone here is using Nord 3, please drop your opinion on the phone.
