I saw lot of people in Oracle staying 10 years ,15 years some 20 years . Oracle doesn't have good work life balance nor the salary hike is significant. What do you think people are holding of for . Is it repo but what is repo good for . I feel they should make some changes around it. Many new joiner does not knowing it and joining the company.
