Hi Folks, I’ve been consistently applying for Business Analyst roles at Amazon through their Careers Website but haven’t received any response from the HR team. For those who’ve successfully landed interviews, what approach did you take? Also, does a verbal referral hold any weight at Amazon, or is it strictly portal referrals? I’ve been referred through the portal, but that doesn’t seem to be working. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

I have a few queries regarding PwC background verification. Although there is nothing wrong with my docs and data, everything is good. So I received whatsapp message from third party ‘EPSPL’. This was regarding the current address verification. I uploaded the picture with house and aadhaar card too. Now for period start date and end date I was confused, so i had put start date as the date when I starting living in the city and end date as some future date as there was no option called ‘current’. Then I contacted my HR, she asked me put the date when I started living in the permanent house. I have resubmitted that and I gave exact date when we entered our house. To date again I gave a future one randomly. Now my concern is that I have submitted it twice, is that okay? Also do anyone know if we were asked previously to submit the dates about permanent address - may be in Compliance & Nomination portal (i dont remember). How we can make sure that bg verification is done successfully before joining??

PwC is aggressively poaching Oracle security professionals. I've received three calls from different HR representatives, and they’re offering a 50-60% hike. However, I’m not considering a job change since I feel comfortable in my current role and believe we're already working at the best of the Big 4—so there's no reason to move to a lower-ranked firm. But their poaching efforts are intense.

So, I have applied for an open poster at PWC and interview went well, also the HR round was completed. After few days I have received an email from PwC for candidate assessment. Can anyone tell me, what this is about?? What if I am unable to clear this?? Someone having similar experience please share what happens next
