Got Meet invite from Hr, Joined the link, she asked to share the screen, Raised exit request. No time to look for other oppurtunity. This is called Silent layoff. This is happening quite offen from past 1year in Persistent . At the same time they are hiring. The way they are doing promotion in linkedin is not the same happening inside. Lots of my colleague has effected.

Standard stupid Indian HRs. Asking to share screen and resign. If you don't resign threatening to withhold the experience letter etc. Yaay to our labour laws!!
