Any good product company hiring backend devs without DSA?

Hi I am a backend developer with around 4 years of experience. I have strong development skills in building scalable & distributed systems. I have opensource contributions in reputed projects (netflix, apache, casbin etc.). Most importantly I can take ownership of any work I get and have the capability of finishing it. What I am not good at it is DSA. Why? Because I don’t feel like investing time there is gonna give me satisfaction. (I feel comfortable solving dsa while walking & and doing something else, not under pressure of clock in front of a guy evaluating me, my brain doesn’t work like that) I have given up applying to companies where they ask DSA. I am LOOKING OUT for companies asking relevant questions. Or give me take-home assignment and grill me for hours, won’t mind that. Do share if you know any. Thanks.

Switch to Product company

I work in one of Big 4 companies as a front-end developer. I am currently learning the backend as my project doesn't have any FE work. There are lots of politics now in my team as compared to the previous year, i was denied a well-deserved promotion for some weird reasons, and the hike was low too. Decided to do bare minimum work now and focus on studying for switch. Could anyone please help on how to get started on preparation for DSA and what other things to focus on to secure a product based company? YOE -6 Skills - PHP, React JS, JAVA. Have working experience on Automation testing as well.

Design studio pays way too less than a product company to Product(UX) Designers

I am working at a design agency from 2 years with a CTC between 4 to 6 LPA which way to less considering my experience and the work I am doing handling multiple clients, delivering Designs in tight deadlines and yet getting paid way to less. But considering current situation the market is so saturated that I don't hear from companies that I have applied for.

Product company to freelancing

Been working for top product companies for 6+ years as a software developer and currently product manager. Motivation earlier used to be learning etc but right now its mostly money where i am currently at. There is no skill growth, just applying what i already know, days are busy which doesnt give me any time for other things ( upskilling, side projects) Explored the market and have found freelancing role that lets me 1. work remotely 2.Gives me opportunity to work on latest tech stack ( frustrated with not being able to code in my current job) 3. Lets me control my time as fixed hours are billed and you can commit hours ( might work only 20-30 hours a week and reclaim the rest) Thinking of transitioning but not sure as we are fed to work in good product companies and look at service/freelancing in bad light. I feel like most of what i needed to learn via my job in product management, i have learnt already and feel like not being able to code as much is making me outdated as a builder. Tldr: good job that pays well but skills are not growing, another option is to turn to freelancing, earn 70% of what i currently earn but helps me upskill, gain control of my time and maybe experiment with side projects in remaining time
