Hi guys I really need a help and suggestions- I work with government client. The client and corporate team uses WhatsApp for formal communications. If this wasn’t enough, they also send texts during non- working hours/days. Even on Sunday mornings/nights any day/time. I have Saturday working as client works on Saturday. So it’s like everyday work related thing pops up on phone. How should I deal about this. It gives me anxiety that I don’t even wish to touch my phone on off. I tried keeping WhatsApp off and phone on flight mode but then I also have number given to others like for online delivery,bank and other important stuff. Please help.

I am not able to find good ,in a budget massage centres in India. Everywhere I go they ask for extra service. Bhai I need good massage not your service. I miss Thailand for best massages in just 400rs. Should there be a massage chain in India similar to Thailand? Is it too much to ask for?
