Sendinblue

Hi everyone , I have 2 years and 8 months experience. My current CTC was 9 LPA. Have 2 offers Kotak SDE-1 (REACT)-11.55 LPA fixed + 1.25LPA variable Sendinblue SE (Frontend) -13.8 fixed + 70K variable . Can anyone who has joined the above companies recently tell what salary they are being offered for the same role .

If yes, would like to know about the work culture, work life balance, payscale etc.
