How to manage both health and continuous learning being a hardcore software engineer

I was fit during my college days, but after starting my job, my health started deteriorating day by day, I gained almost 20 kg since I started my job. Recently I started going to gym and I lost 7 kg and I'm still going to gym now. Now the problem is when I try to learn/study on daily basis, I don't have much time to go to gym and vice-versa. I am a hardcore engineer and I love to read or gain knowledge about internal working of any technology but now I also want to be fit and disease free, can you suggest me how to balance both of these while also keeping some personal time off as well? Note - I'm working in a startup as a platform engineer so I have to work a bit longer (8-10 hrs) a day most of the days.

Moving from Software Engineer/Analyst role to Digital Customer Success Manager worth it?

I am working as a Analyst/Software Engineer at a service based company. Tech stack is Powershell, PowerBI, FlexeraOne, SQL Server, SNOW etc. Apart from that, I have being actively involved in Data science, ML, Coding since college and have developed variety of skill sets in them and have written in resume also. So, I got it opportunity based on that only and hike is around more than 100%, Remote working. I believe I am less paid according to market, and this opportunity I got due to my volunteering as a Speaker, Community work in Tech etc I am afraid that I will be stuck in Customer facing role as Tech is not much involved here. Can you share your opinions please? Experience:- 2 years TC:- 4.95 LPA

Anakin software engineer interview

Round 1: Assignement Round. I was asked to design a CRUD based application (backend only). I did the same in javascript and NodeJS. Round 2: two sum question. Was able to solve it with O(n) space complexity. He then asked me to optimize and make it O(1) space complexity. I fumbled here under pressure and was not able to do it. Asked projects on my resume and a bit of cloud computing.

Is Data Engineering less stressful compared to software engineering

Hi Guys, I'm an Java SDE and I have had bad luck twice now, I got stuck in a company with a project which was super complicated and many people left from there, another company I joined was a service based company where I got stuck in a legacy java project and management having no experience in tech and creates pressure to deliver quickly. I am sick of this for the last 2 years now, I want to change my field, is data engineering less stressful compared to software in terms of work complexity. And what are the most used technologies that companies use for data engineering, like for backend development, spring boot java and node.js are mostly seen. For data engineering what are those technologies.
