I'm looking for jobs I have like 8 months experience but this isn't what I'm looking for at all so I wanna try in start ups and cry about their excessive work load, yea so any tips

I am planning to switch from my current organisation...but I am not aware of salary packages according to current market standards. Can you guys help me if anyone has idea regarding this.. My primary skills are: Reactjs, NodeJs, Express, JavaScript, Redux, GraphQL, Tailwind, AWS services, Webpack and may more... For these skills and 5+ yoe what should be the salary packages ?? Thanks

What business we can start as a side hustle with 50 lakhs capital sad that it can generate a decent passive income in 5 years and later we can stretch it as a full time business.

One of my friend who was completed btech in 2022 got an offer from Startup. It's was not registered in ministry of corporate affairs portal. If he joins the company now, will it be any problem in the future to him? Please suggest and let me know what other criteria he needs to check starting his career in start up. Thanks in advance 🙂

I have been working in the startup space for around 4 years now. The primary reason so far has been the learning and work I do. But lately I have started to question why not go to a good company and chill a bit. What makes more sense spending next 3-4 years in a big company then coming back to the start up space?

I have a friend who is a sde and worked with multiple startups and has a strange issue She graduated in 2020 joined a us based remote startup at 7lpa Mykia which then got shut down due to no funds to operate after 7 months of her work, She then joined a startup in Bangalore which is a VR, AR company and everything was fine and in 2022 they shut down saying cannot afford operation and joined other seed agency where she worked as backend dev and after a year she left due to health issues and now she interviewed with WITCH companies but she doesn't have exp letter of first 2 companies and she submitted her agency letter and they had given her 4lpa as 1 year exp person , Posting on behalf of her what can be done better for good package
