Anyone working here in UIPath? How is work culture and job security in UIPath?

I have received an offer from UiPath Hyderabad team. Anyone here can share details about work culture, work load , peoples there ? I discovered that it's Uipath Hyderabad is actually a recently acquired division of Cloud elements, is it good to join there ? TIA

What is the future of RPA in terms of Automation tools like UiPath, Blue Prism etc.
