How is the peoplecues tool? Should one opt for the service + tool?

This comes 2 weeks after the appraisal cycle with 10% standard hike and multiple promotions. The management doesn’t see the macro economic scenario change in next 1 year. Consulting/strategy role referrals would be appreciated.

Does anyone has access to full report on compensation from xto10x. The free version they shared on LinkedIn doesn’t have product salaries
