Musigma

Can anyone please give me honest review about the work culture at musigma? Especially, their marketing team. Their glassdoor reviews are bad.

I am pursuing MSc DS. I got placed in MuSigma for trainee decision scientist. First they said 3 yrs bond now 4 yrs. From what I heard, many say it's very toxic , some say it's a good opportunity. Want to know how it's and worth considering joining. I don't have any other offers btw.
