How is Tripadvisor if someone wants to join from India as remote company, Anyone working there can you please share the culture and more?

Got a call from TripAdvisor Hr. She mentioned few things which seems odd. Need help with those. HR mentioned that TripAdvisor has no legal entity in India. And therefore they have outsourced their payroll and HR through Kaam[.]work and TripAdvisor is Employer on Record. I have tried googling around but still not sure what would that mean for me in real life. I general 1. How is my employment different in this setting than normal being employee of a normal org. 2. Does this impact my future employment. 3. Anything that should be aware of? Incase something happens, I wont be able to take action against TripAdvisor since they have no legal presence in India?
