Received an AI interview mail from Mercor. (Check screenshot) I remember they were showing multiple job postings on LinkedIn a while back (with compensations like 15-40 LPA). Turns out that they are not exactly hiring for their own company but are extending the profile to other companies using their own hiring platform (which was a bit weird since the job description did not mention anything like this and it was easy apply). I have been seeing a trend from different startups that post job openings which lead to either signing up on their own hiring platform or collecting user data in some way. This feels similar. Does this actually lead somewhere or are they just using applicants to train their model? What do you guys think?

What happens to the community the moment there are 10000 daily post creators? How will you manage that kind of scale from a user experience point of view? Does an anonymous community maintain its true value with fewer content posters and more readers? Have you thought about some of these questions during your brainstorming sessions? I'm sure you have, just wanna hear your opinions on it. ;)

Have applied for a position at a startup for PM internship. Have no prior experience. Somehow if I get a call for interview, just want to make sure I don't make a fool of myself. If you could please help me outline what things to know before sitting for such an interview? Experienced PMs based on India, do you know da way? Show me da way :)

There is a lot of buzz about AI apps but I wonder if existing startups are thinking deeply about changing business models because of AI or leveraging AI to automate/replace people in some functions?

Offer : E4 175k pounds Current: L4 56 Lakhs YoE: 1 year 7 months Here's what I have considered: - Living in London is going to be costly, on an avg I'll be saving 1.2x of India. - Meta London created a bad reputation for itself when last year it laid off people from India just 2 days after joining - it's not worth it going from L4 to E4, I probably should switch only when getting a higher level or a big big pay bump (this is probably not a big pay bump considering the cost of living) - I am not very good at making friends, and I have quite some friends here now... I don't just want to leave everything and be alone in a new city so far away from home. - the only pro point I see is that.. it is London. Do you think I should reconsider my decision?

It shows a lot of possibilities for sure. But do you see its capabilities causing negative outcomes?
