What’s with this new kind of reservation in corporate??
Has anyone else seen a sudden raise in posts like only Tier 1 institutions candidates, Candidates only from IIT/IIM/NIT or Ivy League. How does this criteria guarantees a perfect candidate?!

It's just a filter. It shows there are enough T1 candidates who are unemployed or looking for jobs.
The airindia walkin fiasco in Mumbai is the proof of what happens when you post an open job opportunity .even 25% of that number is too many people for a job.
