Hiring managers are. And you have been barking up the wrong tree the whole time 2/ Planets aren’t aligned with Recruiters in general Maybe it’s time to offer the AI and Tech thingy to the Hiring Managers .. start with some AI-generated motivational posters.

Viners- Who on Earth is Hiring??

Hello Fine Viners- it's been 2 months now that I am actively looking for a job change. Have faced instances where the HR calls me regarding the scheduling of the interview, but vo hota hi nahi hai! Even if the interview is scheduled, I don't get an update post that call. I have rejected 2 offers (there are solid reasons to do so) and have been rejected from 2 :( LinkedIn and IIMjobs are on a constant battle on who will give me the most rejection emails or updates. Anyways, I am getting a bit worried lately and wanted to know from ya'll, IS HIRING EVEN HAPPENING!? Using AI to apply for jobs!

Hi grapes, What's the best way to apply for jobs. LinkedIn, company portal or websites such as Naukri, indeed, TopHire etc. Folks who got multiple interview calls, can you share how you utilised all these to get there! Will cold mailing managers or HRs in linkedIn work? It feels clueless at times as I am not getting interview calls at all. Will mass apply AI tools found fruitful for anyone. All insights are appreciated. TIA
