Whoever is looking for a change in Product, do you guys have preferred platforms apart from the careersites and Linkedin that generally give you good traction from recruiters? Doing this for a survey to understand what channel would be more effective.

Hi folks, I need some guidance to switch my current company.As UI developer, I've been working for three years in my project.But in unable to crack my technical interview.Before interview I'm preparing a lot to answer those questions.but I fail there...is there any tips to achieve my interviews and get placed in new company...Would appreciate if I get any solution

Finding direct job opportunities with organizations can be challenging through career sites due to the overwhelming number of listings. It's unclear whether applying on LinkedIn results in direct communication with HR or if it's merely for display. I haven't received any direct calls from companies after applying on LinkedIn. Only we will get the calls from consultancies through naukri, Consultancies often prioritize immediate joiners, which isn't feasible for those with notice periods like 90 or 60 days. Any valid suggestions are highly appreciated.

I worked as a SWE for 2.5 years at an Indian MNC, I honestly didn't like the project as my daily work used to on a legacy technology, My manager never approved me (or anyone for that matter) to move to a different project with good tech stack and challenging workspace. So, resignation was my only choice without any backup offer, which I chose and later I unfortunately had to undergo a surgery, My doctor had advised me to take 3 months break from everything and stay home. It's been 6 monts since I left my job, currently I am revising the concepts of Java (Core & Advanced), SQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap along with Spring Boot. My problem is do recruiters consider my profile, even if I get an opportunity, do recruiters consider my salary negotiation, and does my career break affect the hiring process? Please guide me. I usually get calls from recruitment firms not from direct companies. And i feel LinkedIn is useless and never gets calls from the recruiter, how you get calls and get to know about opportunities. ?

Hey everyone, I’m currently looking for a job switch as currently my position in the organisation is not quite good to stay. So I have to join somewhere asap. I’m actively applying and looking for new job Role as front end developer. I’m trying to apply actively on Naukri and LinkedIn . Plus also applied through referrals in few companies. But I don’t know why I am not getting any calls for the interview. I have 1.9 months of experience with infosys plus 6 months internship in Cognizant. I’m quite worried now as I’m not receiving any calls, is there something I’m doing wrong. Please anyone can help me by suggesting something which can lend me calls for interview. Can analyse my resume and see if it’s correctly aligned or not? Or normally things like this take more time than this, I’m being impatient?

Hi, I am not getting calls from naukri. I tried changing my resume several times, but yet not getting calls from naukri. On the other hand my friends keep getting many calls. Kindly help me out.
