Current CTC

Hi folks, does anyone know the SDE salary range with 6 years of experience in software engineering? I am applying for jobs and need to put the expected salary. Current CTC: 44 LPA. All fixed. Esops: 20 LPA. YOE: 6 Current designation: SDE 3.

Lets discuss here our current CTC and YoE along with Designation. More experience people will tell us if need to switch. Mine is 13.1 LPA with 6 Years and 4 months of experience.

I am a Frontend Developer with 3.5 years of experience, currently working remotely with a product-based client (product- BGV) through Eteam. The role offers great learning opportunities with the latest tech stack (React, Node.js), but it's a contract-based position on third-party payroll. Should I consider switching jobs, and if so, what CTC should I expect? Current CTC: 11 LPA

4Years of experience in Tech. Graduated from a Tier - II college and joined a started. Worked there for 2years and currently working in a Fintech startup in Bangalore for last 2years! Current Ctc: 27(fixed) + 1(bonus)

My current CTC is 7.7 with around 2+ YOE. Received an offer with a sort of startup owned by a private equity that is giving a 20% hike + bonus not included in the CTC. My current role sucks, there's not any coding involved, it's mostly just using a third party software to make small changes here & there and I don't think it will help me in the future, though the work culture and perks are really good (hybrid mode lots of holidays barely 4-5 hours of work). The new role will include coding which is what I want to do and from the discussion I had with the hiring team it will be a challenging role compared to my current. However, this will be my 3rd company and I'm not sure how recruiters will look at it since I am currently working in legacy tech and want to switch to a different stack in the future and I will probably have to stay at least a year here. The new company also mentioned that they use tracking software only while you WFH though you can do WFO too which is a red flag for me. I'm really confused. The hike isn't much but the extra money will help but the lack of the freedom while WFH and the long hours are making me think and the fact that I would have to stay atleast a year in this role to not be seen as a serial hopper to recruiters when I want to switch tech stack. But then again I don't see any future growth in my current org even with all its perks and it just feels like im rotting away my early 20s not doing any "meaningful work" or gaining any skills.

Current CTC: 19 LPA YOE: 4 Designation: Frontend Developer 2 What is the average CTC for this role and yoe? Should I start looking out for a job change?

Management has tried to underpay us all this time. We deserve to know what is the real salaries for our YOE? I am being paid 24.6L CTC / 2 YOE. What about you?

Hello all I have approx 15 years of experience and out of which 12 has been in USA (Silicon Valley) with some of the renowned tech companies. (No FAANG though) I am considering to move back to India and was wondering what kind of CTC I can expect. Here is my profile: 15 years of experience in industry. Have been a senior/lead software engineer/architect in these companies. Have tried some sort of leadership too. Been a global conference speaker and author too. Current CTC is 25lpa. 6yrs of experience started as data analyst then as business Analyst. Have been working as machine learning engg for past 2 years in series c funded product based company. My work is mostly related to model scaling, maintainability and reproducibility. Do you think, is lower, on par or more than market rate. (Also if anyone is hiring, I can share more details)
