I'll go first: Mine's from Winston Churchill, though I first encountered it in a biography I read - ""Success is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm."" This quote hit me like a ton of bricks. It completely reframed how I view setbacks and challenges. Instead of seeing failures as endpoints, I now see them as stepping stones. It's not about avoiding failure, it's about maintaining your drive and passion through the ups and downs.
