HVAC- Puff Injection Machine?
Which type of puffing head shall one opt for, for puffing a panel size more than or equal to 5 mtr? Laminar flow head or Straight flow head? (We are confused between the two) If anyone (from HVAC field) knows anything.. kindly enlighten us with your knowledge and help us select one for our startup..
It depends on the kind of temperature you want to operate the HVAC at.
Usually, laminar flow is the best for maintaining a consistent temperature of it has significant cooling power/temp set.
At those temps, the person standing under it will go crazy with the cold of it’s a straight flow head.
Else, if the use is sporadic then you should go for a straight flow head.
@salt We have to inject mixture of poly and iso in desired proportions into the partition panels whose sizes may range from 3 mtr to 8 mtr. I have heard that laminar flow fails to suffice when the panel is above or equals to 5 mtr. Is it true?
