Had heard from someone that there were layoffs supposed to happen this week at AWS. Just heard from a colleague that someone they know was asked to leave today. Does anyone know more?

Do people find work in office (hybrid or fulltime) to be productive? How can people convince orgs to be remote or how can companies better convince people to come back to office?
