Today we have a review meeting, although my manager gave me a positive review and everything looks good in the meeting, but somehow I feel that it's better

Today we have a review meeting, although my manager gave me a positive review and everything looks good in the meeting, but somehow I feel that it's better to have one backup offer. 
So should I start a job hunt in this scenario ? The current market is not good for a fresher with less than 1 YOE.
