First team offsite - new grad
Hi folks, I am a new grad and work in remote first company. My team (8-10 people) has an offsite and also booked a resort for it in Bengaluru. I am a new grad with no outing in college or with family as I am kind of poor and this has also made me introvert as well and so I don't have much idea about etiquettes etc and this really freaks me out What should I do / learn before going?

Refrain from alcohol. Or stick to 1-2 beers. Ppl go overboard and can become embarrassing.
If you drink, don’t refrain from alcohol.
A lot of times you may find more closeness with people if you drink. Just don’t overdo it.

As rule, never drink in office parties. Even cool drinks. Stick to the "healthy stuff". Why?. Confuse those fuckers. Don't let them even guess your likes and dislikes.

- Just be yourself, and try to engage to build repo.
- Speak as and where needed, that's it

Bro people will try to make you do shit, don’t fall for it. Be sober be smart. Also never bitch about someone be it anyone on the trip
Probably learn fine dining etiquettes. A man should know how to wine and dine.
Don’t drink too much
Try to be energetic in conversations
Be up for all plans
Try to use up humor to blend into situations where possible
With 2-3 people, try to spend more times, could turn into good bonds
Doesn't matter, most of the people you meet at your workplace, come from lesser priveledged background, their lifestyle improves with time and they might start to seem rich.
Stop caring at all. Doesn't matter.
Drink and wreak havoc or bounce off at 10.
