How do I start 1. To check if it's viable 2. It's in B2C space and can be extended to B2B also ( but lots of competition in B2B but not B2C due to independent small firms) 3. I am from tech background so I can handle that but the idea need operations and few domain experts 4. I will have to leave my current job since I am working in a startup, all 6 days 10+ hours. How much run away should I be sure of, before jumping full time into it.

PS - I am from a finance background and work in the stock markets. So publishing research reports on companies is something that comes natural to me. What is the TAM for this. Would you be willing to pay Rs. 5000 for an annual subscription if I publish a report on 12 or 24 small / mid caps in a year. Or maybe IPO research.

I have a business idea, similar to takeaway food cafe stuff, planning to start from my own town (Tier2). Have done enough market research in the last few months and am sure enough to generate 1-2lakhs in profit with one store(will expand more to different cities asap). But is it really worth it? I am a recent CSE graduate, and I fear that if I invest all my future time in this I might miss opportunities to start bigger scalable companies in the future as I would also miss the corporate ladder bus.

Hi guys, are there startups who help someone who like to start a small business, while working full time. I know there are lot of startups who will provide help with marketing, accounting, legal, web development, sales but what I'm looking for platform which can provide me all the resources along with mentor/guide who will guide throughout the process What I will bring to table- small capital say<10L, time resource over the weekend, problem solving mindset What I want from the startup- experiment with different ideas and come up with the one which will be best suited for my personality/profession/background, for example if I'm from Jaipur highly likely I would like to start something there, I might not be available physically.

What if I have close to 10 lakhs + in cash. Can I start something in these cities which can at least generate a monthly income of 40/50k for a sustainable long term. If not what’s the capital needed? Please note I don’t have any business prior expertise Uncertainty in tech sector has left me stressed. I need a minimum of 45-50k to sustain. I need some ideas. Lets discuss.
