I'm currently working as a DevOps Engineer in a GCC with a CTC of 28 including Bonus. I joined this org 6 months back. My work here is mostly related to kubernetes and argocd. 

I'm plan to make a switch in 2025 and want to have clear goals for next year to prepare for switch.

My current focus is to develop my skills in GoLang and increase my depth in k8s and Linux for next year. Will this skills be in demand even after a year or should I be flexible with my plan for the next year?

Context: I've 3+ YOE, my previous experience was combination of AWS serverless + infrastructure definition + kubernetes + python backend coding. But my current workload is only k8s and argo.

Also I want to touch 50 LPA in compensation or land a job outside India.
