Why isn't there a referral community here?
I think that would be a great initiative for apps who discuss about careers. I was hoping to get some leads here

Referral also requires a certain level of trust. Not a lot of trust on anonymous apps.
I've seen many people refer on reddit, so that's not an issue I guess
