Abusive Drunk Manager at Airbnb
My relative works with Airbnb as a fully remote worker & thus was at my place for a few days & sobbed his heart out. There’s a super boss who’s abusive at work calls & just when i was about to tell him to chill & cope it, I was told the super boss was drunk at the call. My relative has never been a slack worker & has had multiple promotions at his previous company but it seems he’s close to a nervous wreck He’s close to depression now thanks to this super boss and contemplating putting his papers. The immediate boss of my relative has asked my relative to cop it & said that it’s just part of the job & wants my relative to continue in his role. I was wondering how well known companies like Airbnb has this culture?

It's not Airbnb that's the problem, it's Indian employees in Airbnb (and other organisations) that are the problem
Tell him to post an honest review on Glassdoor with details, maybe their HR department will flag it for higher authorities.
I know for a fact that Airbnb Global HR and Leadership will lose their shit if someone was on a work call drunk and abusive. Report.
